This modern rental studio is the perfect space for your next special event. The space offers bright lighting, a custom bar, widescreen TV’s, and space to hold everyone you need. The Suite at Studio 301 caters to smaller events and gatherings, targeting groups of up to 60 people.

Featuring large windows, exposed brick walls, and sleek black accents, the space is both aesthetically pleasing and versatile. We provide 10 four-foot round tables, each seating six guests, along with sleek acrylic chairs and floor-length black linens to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
