What is the capacity of The Grand?

The Grand can fit 150 people for a seated event or 200 people for a cocktail style event.

What is the capacity of The Suite?

The Suite can fit 60 people for a seated event or 80 people for a cocktail style event.

What is included in your set up?

Standard tables, linens, and chairs are included with your rental. Prior to your event, our team will coordinate your layout and have the space set according to your approved floor plan.

How many tables, chairs, and linens do you provide?

The venue includes 150 chairs; two buffet tables (7.5’ x 3.5’); three 6’ rectangular tables; fifteen 5’ round tables; cocktail tables; and one small rectangular table, often used as a welcome table.

All tables are provided with appropriately sized white linens at no additional cost. We simply ask for advance notice if you plan to use them.

Do you provide sound or media equipment?

The venue includes a speaker and wired microphone for speeches and announcements. If your event requires additional audio or production, you’re welcome to arrange what best suits your needs.

Do you have an onsite caterer or kitchen?

We do not have an onsite caterer or full commercial kitchen. The venue includes a prep space with tables and a sink; however, we do not provide cooking appliances or equipment for heating food.

Please note that refrigerator and cooler space is not available for client use during events. For cakes or items requiring refrigeration, we recommend scheduling delivery closer to the time they will be served.
